The lower level offers an Air hockey table, private bedroom with bunk beds, full bath, and full sofa living area. The sunroom offers stunning views of the sunsets with plenty of space to lounge/ entertain. There is an exterior patio for outdoor dining. The lower level has a walk out patio/swing with beautiful lake views. Across the street, there is a dual level deck with outdoor dining set up, refrigerator, and access to the dock. *Note: Dock usage is available from late May-mid October. Deck/lake access is available year round, but Dock must be removed seasonally for safety/storage. Kayaks, fishing poles, and float pad are available for use as well.
