Great house

Big house, with lots of material for cooking and relaxing, etc... There was a problem of humidity in the house, and the e-bike did not work. Except that, amazing commodities: table football, ping-pong, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, petanque... we wish we had more time! The house is even bigger than it looks in the pictures! The location is great, and communication with Sebastian was easy.

Globalement déçus

Jolie propriété, mais abîmée au niveau de son revêtement de sol intérieur (parquet situé à la fois à l'étage et au rez-de-chaussée qui gonfle notamment). Par ailleurs beaucoup de traces de moisissures sont visibles dans le séjour. Le gros bémol : 3 salles de bain sont annoncées mais seules deux étaient opérationnelles (compliqué quand on est nombreux à séjourner). A notre arrivée, et durant toute la durée du séjour : les vélos électriques ne fonctionnaient pas, le lave-linge non plus, la climatisation présentait un défaut se traduisant par un signal sonore récurrent... le jacuzzi était tantôt brulant, tantôt froid. En résumé, nous avons trouvé que les prestations n'étaient pas à la hauteur du prix payé.

Expérience à la villa pas terrible Qualité de la Villa pour son prix tres tres mediocre! Climatisation ne fonctionnait plus apres 2 jours , pas d’électricien pour depanner selon le propriétaire . Avec la chaleur , nous avons tous mal dormi pendant 5 nuits Piscine prête uniquement après 2 jours après notre arrivée Toilette près de la piscine fonctionnait pas correctement et les portes vitrées ne se ferment Plein d’autres défauts qui sont peut-être présents dans la villa , laissons les autres locataires découvrir C’est la première fois j’avais hâte que les vacances se finissent et de quitter la villa

Bon séjour, photos conformes mais beaucoup d’humidité !

Très bon séjour mais beaucoup d’humidité dans la maison… L’annonce est très conforme à la réalité ! De même, certaines fenêtres ne fonctionnent pas (elles ne se ferment pas) et il aurait été préférable d’avoir été informé sur ce point. La maison est entretenue mais l’humidité abîme grandement les murs et rend l’air lourd.
