Ahipara Golden Sands Beach House with Ocean Views

Good location - easy walk access across the road to 90 mile white sandy surf beach. Easy beach access for vehicles. Great for boating, quad bikes, fishing, driving, swimming, surfing. Local park is opposite, great play area for the children. Close to Ahipara Northlinks Golf Course. 10 minute walk to local cafe, dairy and liquor store. A bike ride to horse trekking or Ahipara Quad Bike Adventures. Easy drive 15 minutes by 4WD to fishing off the rocks at Shipwreck Bay. Cape Reinga day bus trip collection from bottom of driveway. 14km into Kaitaia for all shopping requirements and the local Te Ahu Movie House. 40 minute drive to the famous Maungonui Fish Shop and 30 minutes drive to the East Coast.
Special conditions:
House must be left in clean state with dishes washed and put away. Living room carpet must be respected. No smoking inside the house. Prefer no pets.
