Ahipara village located at the base of 90 mile beach is locally called "Teneke" has been home to our family for more than 80 years. You'll see just down the road is Beatson Place - that's us, we've been here since the 1940s.
The village is renowned for its relaxed feel, and friendly local vibe. The beach is just 200 meters away, the golf course (remarkable 18 hole links course) and did we mention 90 Miles of Beach?
Try BIDZ takeaways down the road for fish and chips and grab a coffee from the Northdrift Cafe. Head around the foreshore for amazing surf breaks from Tazzies, Shippies and further around the reef.
