Plenty of on street parking available.

Guests have full access to the garden, open kitchen and living spaces, deck, TV (incl Netflix, etc), Unlimited Ultra-Fast internet/WiFi, laundry facilities, towels and bed linen, etc.

You are welcome to help yourself to a light breakfast - tea/coffee, juice, cereals and yoghurt are available.

The shower/bathroom is shared.

We are friendly, social and avid travellers and would be glad to help with suggestions for things to do / places to go locally and around greater Auckland. Happy to engage and interact as much or little as you like if we are home. We are contactable at all times and we want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!

Ponsonby and Herne Bay are iconic Victorian suburbs and well renowned for being full of boutique fashion stores, chic cafes, bars and restaurants, all just a mere stroll from the city centre. Known for its sophisticated shopping and dining, it’s also perfect for

Uber and regular taxis are both readily available.

Explore the city on foot or using an AT-HOP card for travel on Auckland buses, trains and ferries to get around broader Auckland.

Amazing

My daughter and I stayed a night. It was super clean and tidy. The cats were super friendly, gave us lots of cuddles. Richard and Simon were amazing! Giving us lots of info about the area and how to get ubers/trains. Thanks so much!

Great property and location!

Richard and Simon are wonderful but their cats are better ! Who doesn’t want to be greeted by a hugging cat ? Our hosts were full of excellent recommendations and went out of their way to help us out. The house is lovely and the neighbourhood is walkable, flush with cafes and restaurants. Great stay.

Central, comfortable and caring

Simon and Richard’s home was perfect for an overnight stay, and we were warmly welcomed to their beautifully appointed home. Parking for our car was easy, and being so close to Ponsonby was perfect for eating out and entertainment. Public transport and Uber would also be a good option. And their three cats are beautiful!
