Resort Getaway for Families/Groups ~5 Mi to Disney

This home has a well-equipped full-sized kitchen, complete with non-stick pots, pans, baking pans, dishes, flatware, glasses, crock pot, Dutch oven, waffle maker. There is a 5-burner grill on the pool deck just outside the kitchen door, along with grilling equipment and complimentary propane. A pretty wide variety of condiments, as well as olive oil are always available for use. I am not sure what was missing during her stay and guest did not give any indication that there was something she needed that was not there.

Only truth here is that cable & Internet went down the 1st evening of their stay, caused by an AREA WIDE outage of cable & Internet, affecting over 2000 homes in our & many nearby communities. This guest repeatedly screamed at me to "do something" but this was completely out of my control. Services were restored the 2nd evening of their stay, less than 23 hours later. I should mention that our home has a full-size pool table, foosball machine, 2 DVD players, a library of DVD movies, board games, full-size swimming pool with pool toys & games, also a community clubhouse with spa, gym, pools, nature trails, children's playgrounds, Tiki bar and is smack in the middle of an area with dozens of family-type activities, including a full water park, with multiple slides. I had pizzas & sodas delivered directly to the house that day to help past the time. WASHING MACHINE: This is a full-size front-loading washer which typically shows very little water through the glass window. We have since washed more than 50 loads of sheets, towels in this same machine and it works perfectly. We have also not received complaints from any of the guests who were there immediately following this stay. Our home is inspected thoroughly immediately before & after each guest stay, sanitized, cleaned & prepped by a professional crew. There were no bugs of any kind in this home and we have had 2 full professional inspections since to ensure that we are 100% bug-free as we take this very seriously. This guest actually checked out that Sunday, then texted me asking to let them stay ONE MORE NIGHT as their flight had been canceled, which I did. I am bewildered why if any of the above were true, why they stayed for the full 5 days/4 nights, when I offered to let them checkout that 1st day during the outage. I am also bewildered why they extended their stay by one whole night if our home was as they described above. Finally, NO COMPLAINT, NO MENTION was ever made to me during their stay about any of these items, except for the cable & Internet outage.
