PalmBeach Beach House is situated on a large site overlooking Palm Beach.A oneminute walkwill have you on the reserve to the beach. A 5 minute walk takes you to the Palm Beach store, buses and the local restaurant.
This private north facing property gets all day sun and has fabulous views of Palm Beach, one of Waiheke Islands more popular beaches. It has great indoor outdoor flow, a large deck for enjoying the all-day sun and magnificent views. Open plan living, dining, kitchen and french doors that open out to the deck.
This lovely property has two bedrooms, one bathroom, separate laundry and off street parking. Bedroom onehas a king bed and bedroom two contains a queen bed and a set of bunk beds.
Palm Beach House is all yours to use, its drive on access has room for a car and boat if need be. You do need to walk up a flight of stairs to access but once in the house it is all on one level.

Exceptional views!

We had a wonderful time here! The location of the property couldn’t be better and the views are exceptional! The house is set up perfectly for a relaxing carefree stay and we loved every minute. The beach is so close and for those who have kids the playground between beach and the house makes for the perfect route to and from each. We also appreciated that the owners have full Sky channels. Rare in a beach rental and well received for evenings relaxing. No wifi which is frustrating, but it does force you off the grid 😉Coffee from the local general store is excellent and they have a great range.

Palm Beach Bach

We really enjoyed our stay at Palm beach and throughly enjoyed looking at the gorgeous views from the deck and house. Our trip would have been better if there was WIFI at the house as the mobile reception was patchy. Also there are a lot of mozzies so some citronella spray/oil burners would be handy, rather than using the commercial sprays that feel like they are taking years off your life. Robbie was an amazing host, especially as she send us lots of restaurant and trip recommendations that made our time in Waiheke even more special. Thank you for a wonderful trip and hope to be back sometime in the future.

The location and view makes up for any other imperfections but generally in need of some repair. Deck is a hazard for splinters with a A&E trip needed for our 3 year old with huge splinters in her foot.
