Big fenced, private back yard. Just 2 minutes walk to Cooks Beach across the reserve. Cooks Beach is renowned for its long stretch of white sand and safe swimming. Just one minute walk to takeaways, cafe, shop and hardware store, or catch the 5 minute ferry ride to Whitianga. Great fishing and diving are right at hand in famous Mercury Bay, or head to Cathedral Cove or Hot Water Beach less than 30 minutes away.
