Set upon a flat section in a quiet cul-de-sac, Rosemary Cottage is adjacent to tranquil Kotare Reserve.

Split over two levels, Rosemary Cottage with complimentary unlimited WiFi is well-equipped to cater for families and groups, and the three bedrooms boast sunny private decks.

Kick back and relax in beautiful Hahei, with the local shops; cafes and tennis courts only 2 minutes away. Wander back from your day at the beach, relax on the deck with a glass of wine and enjoy a book from the well-stocked bookshelves while the kids play on the lawn or with the many board games.

Rosemary Cottage is the perfect cosy place to base yourself at while you explore Hahei, Cathedral Cove, Hot Water Beach and all the gems that Mercury Bay has to offer!

Fantastic weekend at Rosemary cottage

Great location and so close to the beach and shops. Great for large groups as it sleeps 9 comfortably and there is a spare double mattress for an extra 2. There were 9 of us and we had a fantastic weekend.

5 minute walk to the beach.

5 minute walk to the beach. There was lots of room in the house! Also spades to to use at hot water beach and push bikes in the garage.

Price not reflecting the quality of the stay!

We have stayed here over the years with happy memories. Unfortunately the furniture has deteriorated that one can hardly sit on the lounge suite, the matrasses are uncomfortable. The front door lock must be broken because the key only worked on back door which made it uncomfortable in the rain!The place needs a reno to justify the amount we paid

Was in a perfect position for what we needed and had good space etc. So on the whole the place was good / satisfactory. Was a little untidy though so could have done with a good clean inside beforehand. Grass was long and bins needed emptying also.

It was a good location and a comfortable bed. However, since the refrigerator is old, plastic storage space inside It was breaking. And there was a cockroach in the house. I was generally satisfied.
