Two lounges both with TV. The front lounge has access to Netflix, lightbox and Disney plus. The rear lounge also has a smart tv offering Netflix.
First bedroom - queen bed
Second bedroom - single captain bed with pull out trundler bed
Third bedroom - single bed with pull out bed which can be made into a double bed
Two kitchens located at each end of the house
Two TVs - one at each end of the house so kids can have their own space, Sky TV
Long deck runs along the side of the property giving direct entry to either kitchen/entertaining areas
Pool is currently out of action!
Pool available on site for guests to use at their leisure. (please note this is also used by the residents of the main house)
Note: pool currently unavailable until further notice. We are waiting on a new pool being installed as the current pool has been damaged

Special conditions:
Prefer no noise after 11pm as is in a residential agreement.
No parties or additional guests staying beyond those booked.
No smoking inside or on the property grounds.
No pets allowed.
No additional overnight guests without prior permission.
