The perfect holiday home for 1-2 families! Perched above Mangawhai Harbour with sensational views out to the Pacific Ocean you are perfectly positioned to laze your days away on the front deck and watch the world go or stroll a few minutes to the beach (avoiding those pesky traffic jams at the car park in summer!). You are also only a short distance to Wood St shops. There is also a fireplace and two heat pumps so if you're after a winter escape you will still be able to enjoy the wonderful views but stay toasty and warm. Bring your own accounts so you can access the likes of Netflix and Prime on the Smart TV.
There is a decent lawn area behind the house for kids to play on and extensive decking on both sides of the house so whichever way the breeze is blowing, you can be outside enjoying the sun.

Please note the Wifi does not extend to the lower end of the house where the bedrooms are.
LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
