Wonderful Rental, as a Family our only complaint which is no ones fault other than our own was that its off the beaten path as far as activities for the kids. Great place for a couples weekend.

*** The listing is incorrect - the 2 main floor bedrooms are both 56" wide full beds - there is not a queen on the main floor. ***
We had a great time staying in Perdido Key. The location is great, just across the street from the beach with easy access to Pensacola and Gulf Shores. It was so nice to have water views on both the front (beach) and back of the house (channel view). The road noise can be loud at times but that can't be changed - you won't be spending much time on the balconies facing the road. We did have an issue with the bathroom GFI breakers popping constantly - they must all be on the same circuit as when one went they all went. We did not tell the management company until we left so we do not know how quickly they respond to maintenance requests. Living room/kitchen area was great and open. Kitchen adequately stocked. The upstairs bedrooms are very large. It served our group of 6 adults well.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved being right across from the beach. The house was great. Clean and very comfortable. The master bedroom was very spacious with access to decks on the front and back of the house. The master bathroom was great! We loved all the porches and decks. We had dolphins come into the canal behind the house twice, once while eating breakfast. They were only about 20ft away from the dock! Being in the state park the beach wasn’t even close to cramped. Often we were the only people on the beach. My only two complaints were that the road between us and the beach was pretty busy. You can’t really sit and listen to the ocean because of the traffic noise. The other issue is that the downstairs AC is right outside the bedroom one of our kids was in and when it kicked on it was pretty loud and we ended up moving her to a room down the hall so she could sleep. Other than that this was a great house and would love to come back some day!
