Bonjour, Je suis désolée que vous ayez considéré le bastidon comme un appartement, les renseignements concernant le lieu sont bien notés et détaillés dans l'annonce.il est bien spécifié qu'il y a un étage, ainsi que la taille de la piscine qui est aussi stipulé, 6X3, ce qui n'est pas considéré comme petite.Concernant l'ensoleillement, deux grands parasols sont à votre disposition, mais je prend note de votre avis.
