The indoor and outdoor tables accommodate 8 guests, however we have 10 beds and we can rent the villa for 10 people if there are small children.

The villa is located on the private domain of La Californie hill and in an enclosure with two villas in a very quiet space and without any overlooking.

Truly unique view accentuated by the creation of a suspended terrace of 120M2 (A sea view as far as the eye can see like a roof top in the middle of nowhere!) You will thus have an extraordinary breathtaking panoramic view of the bay of Toulon as far as the eye can see. 'to the Golden Island.

The villa was completely renovated in 2023 (change of joinery, complete exterior and interior painting, change of floors, installation of a swimming pool and creation of a suspended terrace.)

Please note that the swimming pool serves as a swimming pool in summer and a jacuzzi in winter; but we do not have a swimming pool and jacuzzi.

The 4.7 x 2.30 swimming pool is included in the price from April 15 to October 15.
For other periods it is possible to activate it with a supplement of €50/day

The villa is ideally located for reaching the village of Carqueiranne, the Giens peninsula, the town of Hyères, the beaches of Almanarre and Badine as well as the port for embarking towards the islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros.
