This is the second year we have rented this house. Everything about the house is perfect. The pool, canal, kayaks, tiki hut, the closeness of the beach- and the communication are all exceptional. We are looking forward to next year! And the neighborhood is very quiet and private.

Beauty property
The property, especially the backyard was stunning and made for a dreamy vacation. The heated pool was perfect during a chilly few weeks. Canal front backyard was easy access with our boat during our stay. The front driveway area is very spacious and more than enough room for a boat trailer and multiple vehicles. The neighborhood is one of the best selling points, it’s beautiful, people are friendly, and you can take an easy walk to the beach or playground. The house itself is spacious, however, it is in need of a deep clean. A couple minor issues came up that were fixed in a relatively timely manner. We had a great stay and we would come there again.

Don’t hesitate to book!
We spent 10 days down in the keys with our family and another family. The location of the house was excellent very close to the ocean as well as sombrero beach. The house was well stocked with kitchen, utensils, and dishware. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the pool as well as under the tiki hut. The kids really enjoyed the beach entry type pool as well as the little shelf in the pool great for little kids. We also enjoyed the floating dock for easily access for the kayaks and paddle boards as well as the side entrance into the water. We were able to keep our boats down there and loved all the lighting for the pool and the dock or nighttime fishing. We will definitely be back again and hopefully rebooked with the same house. The property manager, Chelsea was very responsive and prompt to any questions and concerns that we may have had during the trip and took care of them very quickly.

Perfect Spot in Paradise!
We had two families of four stay at Tingler and it was the perfect spot. The pool was the perfect start and end to our days, thanks to the heated water (the perfect temp for winter nights)! We really enjoyed taking the provided kayaks out into the open water and paddling around Sombrero Beach. (It was also an easy walk to the beach from the house.) Marathon was the perfect midpoint for our visits to Key West and Islamorada to see all of the sites of the keys. The house had plenty of room to cook and socialize. I do wish it had a third bathroom but we made do! Also, the King room was not two kings, it was one king and one queen. So in total, the house had 6 queens and 1 king which was more than enough for the 8 of us! The laundry, outdoor ice maker, fridge and bait freezer were also wonderful amenities. We took a charter (marathon lady) to fish and brought our catch home to grill outside on the beautiful outdoor patio. Our host, Chelsey, was super responsive and very accommodating. We can not wait to come back to the keys and will definitely rebook this property if available. The kids were already asking when we could come back before we even pulled out of the driveway! Thank you for the incredible stay.
