About this property

House with Views and close to Long Bay Beach, Torbay, North Shore, Auckland

The house is North facing with lots of light, warm and nice overlook over Long Bay with a some sea view. It is walking distance down to Long Bay beach & village, Torbay shops, restaurants and supermarket, Schools, bushwalks and public transport are just down the road.

The house is in 3 level with a large rumpus out to the garden and driveway giving you an extra living area/office and the laundry. Next level is the 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The top level is the kitchen and open living area with all day sun with a deck having a BBQ and relaxing with a wine watching an amazing sunset.
There is also a little tropical garden with another two terrasses.

The house is up the driveway with car parking spaces and positioned high up, very private overlooking Long Bay.

If you are a guest who need a bit of information regarding the area or where to go or travel in New Zealand, we are more then happy to help.

The neighbourhood has numerous great schools nearby, Long Bay Reserve has great tracks for walks and a nice beach for swimming.

Long Bay and Browns Bay village also close by with a nice beaches, bars, cafes, restaurants, cloths and food shopping etc.

The Bus stop is just down the road, one minutes walk away. Albany is 5 km away, is close by to the Stadium and also the area offers all the shops you can dream about in the Westfield Mega Centre. Auckland city is 15 km away where you can be reached the regular bus service, including a good late night bus service.

The west coast black sanded wild beaches are good for surfing, swimming and long walks and the beach and awesome birds life. Takes you in a car 30 min.
Heaps of vineyards in same area and nice bush walks.

Also many golf courses nearby, exiting weekend markets and beautiful white sanded beaches , great for swimming.

I'm from Denmark, been living in New Zealand for 19 years where I started my own one-off cleaning service and Home Staging years ago. Both my kids now living back in Denmark, so I often as possible also going back home to visit family and friends. I therefore using my house as a holiday home and got a couple of other Holiday houses nearby. So if you looking for bigger a house with a swimming pool, let me know.

This property is close to many nice beaches and cafe/bar life, bush walks, golfing, vineyards, Auckland city, Waiheke Island etc, what makes it perfect for a perfect holiday.
