We had an amazing stay. The condo is well outfitted and perfectly set up for our needs with each bedroom having a bathroom. The location can’t be beat - steps across from beach access and restaurants. The 2 bedrooms without air conditioning can get warm but are easily cooled down with the doors and fans. Would stay again.

This was our second stay at this property as great location in Orewa. All bedrooms are ensuite, the kitchen is well equipped and modern and the apartment is spotless.

Great location, lovely clean place. The air conditioning situation was not ideal, as it kept activating the fuse breaker and would need to be reset. There is one mini-split in the living room area, and one in an upstairs bedroom. We had a few very hot days, and those who stayed in the downstairs bedroom and the room upstairs without a/c had a hard time staying cool even with fans on and open windows because the roller shades would make loud clacking noises in the wind if the windows were open. Even the room with a/c was still quite hot because the shades are black vinyl and end up heating the rooms up whether or not the windows are open. Shades open meant no privacy, unfortunately, so it was rather inconvenient to try to keep windows open as we wished.
