Perfect place in Nice

Great apartment in a really quiet but superbly connected area. A stones throw from the beach and the tram, it was an amazing base to explore the old town and beyond. Pascale was a first rate host and if you want to experience one of the gems of the Cote d'Azur you should book! So many people land at Nice and drive away - it has tonnes to offer

a really nice apartment with very loving hosts

Pascale and her husband received us lovingly! The communication was also excellent. Whenever we had a question, we always got a very quick response! Because the terrace is in the shade all day long, it was pleasant in the apartment even when the outside temperature was high. Thanks to the public parking facility near the apartment, we were always able to park our car without any problems. Overall everything was clean and tidy and we had a very nice time in Nice thanks to the good location of the apartment! Thank you!

Schöner Städtetrip und Badeurlaub in einem

Pascale hat uns wieder sehr freundlich empfangen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Nur 5 Gehminuten zur Promenade des Anglais, herrlich. Das Parken war in den Straßen in der Umgebung kein Problem.

3 schöne Wochen

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Residenz, nah zum Meer, nah am Flughafen. Es war alles in bester Ordnung, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Die Vermieterin und ihr Mann bereiteten uns einen sehr freundlichen und vor allem hilfsbereiten Empfang. Ich wäre gerne noch ein bisschen geblieben und werde vielleicht wieder hinfahren. Klare Empfehlung!

Very clean, comfortable apartment, near to tram, buses, supermarkets, bakeries etc. A few minutes walk to the beach. This apartment is very pleasant. The air conditioning and balcony are a real plus, the washing machine also. I found the bed very comfortable. Communication with owner Pascale was perfect. I would highly recommend and I hope to return! Appartement très propre et confortable, à proximité du tram, des bus, des supermarchés, des boulangeries, etc. A quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Cet appartement est très agréable. La climatisation et le balcon sont un vrai plus, la machine à laver également. J'ai trouvé le lit très confortable. La communication avec la propriétaire Pascale était parfaite. Je recommande vivement et j'espère y retourner !

Nitre veau séjour niçois

Vraiment très contentes de notre séjour dans l'appartement de Pascale et son mari. On les a senti soucieux de notre confort dès notre arrivée. L'appartement est fonctionnel, bien équipé (2 cafetieres, micro-ondes, tv, machine à laver) avec une terrasse bien exposée, le soleil dès le matin et toute la journée à l'ombre. Avec la canicule ce fut très appréciable! A 5 min à pied de la prom'😉, et des commerces (Spar, primeur, boulangerie..). Quel plaisir de se retrouver au calme, après la foule niçoise! Avec grand plaisir pour se revoir à un prochain séjour!

Un super séjour proche de la promenade des anglais !

Nous avons passés un magnifique séjour au sein de cet appartement fraichement rénové. L’accueil était très chaleureux 😊. Rien à dire sur la propreté, la terrasse est un bon plus, et nous étions proche de l’aéroport. L’emplacement de l’appartement est un grand avantage car nous sommes proches de la plage, mais au début de la promenade des anglais, ce qui est assez calme en soirée. Merci ! Pierre & Elie.

Séjour au top !

Une arrivée accueillante, malgré l’heure tardive de notre venue, l’hôte est resté disponible. L’appartement est fonctionnel, une grande salle d’eau et une terrasse large permettant d’y manger simplement. Le calme de la résidence est à souligner. Si nous repartons à Nice l’année prochaine, nous recontacterons avec plaisir l’hôte de cet appartement ! Je recommande.

Un Merveilleux séjour d'une semaine dans un appartement au top!!!Fonctionnel,efficace,très très très propre tout est à disposition,il ne manque absolument rien.J'ajoute à cela la situation géographique à proximité du boulevard des anglais où chaque soir le plaisir de la ballade...La disposition en bas de l'appartement du Tramway,bus des commerces..Je finirai sur cela sur le merveilleux accueil de Pascale !!!Accueil qui fait rêver après 12h de route ,adorable souriante douce ,merci Pascale pour cette douceur durant notre séjour et votre disponibilité.On l'espère à très vite .Belle continuation à vous

Location fidèle à sa description sur Abritel. Le logement est un peu excentré du centre ville mais 3min (top chrono) vous séparent d'une plage beaucoup moins fréquentée qu'au centre ville mais aussi d'une station de vélo libre service (peu cher et très simple d'utilisation pour se déplacer librement jusqu'au centre ville en 15mn). Il est cependant un peu compliqué de trouver une place de parking aux alentours. L'appart est situé dans une copropriété qui a beaucoup de charme, une cours pleine de végétation et de palmiers. Très peu d'enfants et de grands groupes donc très calme. Le confort est au rendez-vous ainsi que la propreté. Le petit balcon à l'ombre toute la journée est un vrai plus. Enfin, je tiens à mettre un point d'honneur sur la gentillesse et la bonté de Pascale et son mari. Ils ont été aux petits soins durant toute la durée du séjour, très soucieux du bien être de leur locataires et très réactifs aux messages. Merci beaucoup, nous reviendrons :)
