Welcome to our eco-inspired 50 m² cottage, nestled in the shade of fifty-year-old olive trees on the gentle hills of Nice. A little haven of peace surrounded by greenery, perfect for recharging while being just 15 minutes from the center of Nice.

Originally designed as a holiday retreat for our daughter and her family, this independent cottage is ideal for a family of 2 parents and 2 children. You’ll find calm, natural light, and a close connection to nature, along with privileged access to the Mediterranean garden and the pool.

☀️ A place designed for holidays… and remote work
Bright all year round and equipped with high-speed fiber internet, the cottage is also remote-work friendly. The glass extension (2 m x 2 m) can easily be transformed into a comfortable office space or an additional sleeping area.

An ideal location to explore the French Riviera
You are just 15 minutes from the heart of Nice, perfectly located between Cannes and Monaco. From the house, set out to discover the perched villages of the hinterland, the trails of the Mercantour National Park, or the wild valleys of the Vésubie, Tinée, and Cians.

In winter, the ski resorts of Isola 2000, Auron, and Valberg await you less than two hours away for snowy getaways.

The cottage
Pass through the gate and park your car within the private property (electric charging station available – €59/week flat rate).

Master bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and storage
Comfortable bathroom with a large shower
Living room with a 140 cm sofa bed
Bright glass extension that can serve as an office or extra sleeping space

The veranda, open to both sea and mountains, is perfect for meals while enjoying stunning sunsets over the Baou de Saint-Jeannet. A second outdoor dining area under the olive trees lets you enjoy the cool garden atmosphere during summer.

The house is air-conditioned and filled with natural light from morning to evening, making it pleasant in every season.

Pool and outdoor area
The secure saltwater pool (4.45 × 2.70 m) opens onto a large natural wood terrace equipped with sun loungers, cushions, and a parasol—ideal for relaxing, reading, or enjoying the sun in a peaceful setting.

Amenities
Bed linen and towels are provided. A washing machine is also available.

Good to know
As is often the case in the hills of Nice, nature is very present and the surroundings are peaceful. Outdoors, you may hear a faint hum from the highway located about 1 km away as the crow flies.
