You will love the peacefulness combined with the convenient location of this property.
Situated in 'old' Kinloch, it is a very short stroll to all of Kinloch's main attractions - Kinloch reserve, the marina, the Kinloch Store, the Tipsy Trout bar and cafe, the lake front and numerous walking and mountain biking tracks.
The house features a modern decor that includes a new kitchen with modern appliances. The property has options for the entire family - with a seperate entertainment area for the children, decks and patios ideal for outdoor entertaining and dining options for the adults, and a large outdoor lawn and garden area.
The main bedroom and bedroom 2 - both double rooms, are in a self contained sleep out immediately adjacent to the main part of the house, featuring a walk in robe and a ranch slider off the master bedroom opening out onto an outdoor courtyard. Bedroom 3 is a single room, located inside the house adjacent to the bathroom and laundry.
The house features a Metro fireplace, a heating system and double glazed windows which makes it nice and warm in winter, with plenty of shade from mature tree's to keep things cool in summer.
