Welcome to our peaceful 4/5-bedroom house nestled in the hills of Kinloch, where cherished memories are waiting to be made. Whether you're seeking an idyllic family vacation or a gathering with friends, our stylish Bach promises an unforgettable stay for up to 12 guests.

Spend winters cuddled up in front of the log burner inside or soaking away in the spa outside. Enjoy the unforgettable sunsets outside around the fire table. There's plenty of room for the kids to play around the property. The house is situated on a quiet street, ensuring a relaxing and serene environment.

The house features 4 bedrooms within the main area, while the fully insulated garage offers a perfect children's escape with 3 bunk beds, a couch, and a TV. It's an ideal spot for movie nights and some child-free time in the evenings!

Enjoy views of the Jack Nicklaus golf course, a short walk to the lakefront, and numerous mountain biking tracks around Kinloch. The area features the renowned Kinloch Club and a local fish and chip shop offering woodfired pizzas. This area has something for everyone!

The place was beautiful and clean, nice large home that could fit everyone. We ended up have a few extra due to last minute cancellations but we were all able to fit and just paid the extra. Only little mishap was there was no toilet paper and by the time we arrived, there was no shop close by open so a bit of a troop to get necessary items. overall a great stay and where a large family could be together.

Almost perfect!

House was absolutely perfect for our family weekend and would recommend. Great kitchen, living and outdoor area and the bunks in the garage were perfect for the kids to have their own space. Warm, tidy and clean. A little disappointing that we had to provide our own sheets & towels for the price we paid but at least we knew in advance. Not providing any tea towels wasn't mentioned and an inconvenience

A perfect spot for a family get together. The house was plenty big enough for 2 families and our young children. The garage-bunk room was great for playing out of the living space. Spa was awesome! The house was clean and tidy, everything we needed to cook was in the kitchen. Communication with the host was easy.Only a few glitches; there were only 2 tea towels left so we had to source more, the view of the lake is completely blocked by the house in front which is not evident in the listings’ pictures, and we were contacted during our stay accused of having extra guests which just left a bad taste! Otherwise, a lovely stay. We were not left any rubbish bags but the host sorted this out by telling us the cleaner would take care of it for us.Thanks for having us in your bach Ryan and family!
