About this property

Character bungalow in the heart of Blenheim

This house is ideal for an adult family or groups of friends wanting to stay in the heart of Blenheim. Due to a few too many families who have let their children rub chocolate, ice-cream etc on couches, carpet and duvet covers, this house is only available to adults only and children over 10.

The house is close to town and the many wineries that Marlborough has to offer.

Percy street is a quiet suburban street yet a short walk to Countdown supermarket or the centre of town. The property is well laid out and basically furnished. The TV has all Freeview channels and Netflix available. The kitchen, dining and lounge is open plan, with bifolds opening out to the back deck and garden.

Free fibre optic WIFI for guest use.

There is a heat pump in the lounge and a heat pump in each bedroom, and a night store heater (comes on at 11pm and off at 7am daily) so the house is warm and cozy in winter.

Blenheim is the gateway to the South Island and only 25 mins drive from Picton and the Marlborough Sounds.

We loved this property. It was clean, comfortable & spacious. It had everything we needed. It is conveniently located, near the centre of town. There is a private outdoor area where we spent a pleasant few hours in the late afternoon. The host kept us fully informed and our stay went smoothly.

Lovely property, large rooms, great outdoor space, and has everything you need for your stay. Walking distance to town for restaurants and shopping but still in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful Bleinhem house

Beautiful house with amazing Art Deco features. Great and safe for kids ( they loved the swing). Fantastic location for the vineyards. Would definitely stay here again!
