The Space: This breathtaking location allows for maximum relaxing & recharging. Whether taking in the majestic view of the mountain from the deck or venturing out to explore Queenstown - we’d like to be instrumental to your perfect holiday.
BEDROOMS: The townhouse has accommodations for up to 6 guests. There are two bedrooms in the space, along with a sofa bed in the living room area.
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor of the house, with a king size bed that will help guests achieve a truly restorative night’s sleep. The second bedroom, also located on the ground floor, holds a very comfortable queen size bed. Both bedrooms include ample wardrobe space for storage, luxury bed linens, electric-heat bed blankets, near-blackout curtains, bedside lights, heated bath towel rails, and 32-inch HDMI Smart TVs.
The third sleeping area is found on the first floor of the home, where a queen size sofa bed can be drawn out.
BATHROOMS: The home provides guests with a luxury shower room and a separate WC (toilet) room. The luxury shower room is fully tiled, with a roomy walk-in shower. The shower itself has two large shower heads, giving guests a spa-like bathing experience. Additionally, this room includes a heated towel rail, a large mirror, and a hairdryer. Complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner are available for you.
The shower room and WC are located on the ground floor. Both rooms include underfloor heating, ensuring a level of comfort that everyone should feel when travelling.
KITCHEN & LOUNGE: The sunny, open kitchen and spacious lounge area is the perfect space for relaxing after a day of adventures, or an outing into the city centre. Here you can cook a delicious dinner, then spend the evening curled up on the large, plush couch. Floor to ceiling windows makes up the entire wall that faces the lake and mountain, allowing guests to experience the incomparable view from every seat in the vicinity.
The renovated, modern kitchen is fully equipped for those who wish to create a gourmet meal. The kitchen includes a Breville Nespresso machine, microwave, a stove and electric oven, a large fridge and freezer, a toaster, a tea kettle, a coffee plunger, and a rice maker. Guests will also find crockery, cutlery, and utensils, as well as complimentary tea, instant coffee, sugar and a selection of various strength Coffee capsules to get you started along with basic cooking spices. Separating the kitchen from the lounge is an oversized breakfast bar. The breakfast bar has six quality leather seats and enables guests to enjoy meals with family, friends, or colleagues.
The lounge is spacious and bright, with plenty of room and seating for larger groups. The entire space is decorated for warmth and it includes a state-of-the-art entertainment system to relax with. The wall-mounted Ultra HDMI Smart TV is 60 inches, and it can be used as both a TV and computer screen. Guests have the option to download Samsung “Smart View”, a free app, onto their personal devices to cast videos, music, pictures, or services such as Netflix to the TV.
(All baby items i.e. portable baby cot, high chair, bath etc are available and complimentary. However, they must be requested at the time of booking, as they are not stored at the house and cannot be provided last minute)
OUTSIDE SPACE: The ground floor of the townhouse has a private deck and top quality spa tub, located just off the master bedroom. This can be used 8.00PM until 8.00 PM due to local regulations. This is a wonderful spot for enjoying morning coffee outdoors, or taking a relaxing soak accompanied by the amazing natural scenery of Queenstown.
The first-floor private balcony gives guests additional opportunities to take in the view of the mountain and lake as they relax in this homey oasis. The balcony is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a stunning sunset - perhaps with some wine, cheese, and good company.

Guest Access: As hosts, we can meet guests on their first day. This is to ensure that you have everything needed, and any questions you may have about the home or surrounding area are answered. Guests will then have complete privacy throughout their stay. We fully understand that some travelers want to socialize with their hosts and ask for advice, while others simply wish to relax immediately after their travels.

The Neighborhood: Alpine Meadows is a residential area with amazing wide views overlooking the Remarkable mountains, Wakatipu lake, across to Kingston. Elevated from lake level, it offers incredible views and an amazing scenic experience if you walk into town. (Great photo opportunities) A local grocery/liquor store, good Italian restaurant and bar, fish & chip shop are all within 3 minutes walk. A children's outdoor playground 3 minutes walk away, offers possibly some of the best panoramic views from any playground!
Getting Around: At the end of our street and directly opposite is a bus stop. It is a 5-minute ride into central Queenstown. Alternatively, a taxi is a cost-effective way to travel locally. "Uber" is also very cost-effective and efficient, our own experience is very positive!
Other Things to Note: The spa is for your private use. It is not to be in used after 8.30 pm and before 8.0am due to council regulations and body corporate rules. Failure to abide by these rules will result in loss of deposit. In the event spa facilities require additional non standard cleaning due to inappropriate use, these additional cleaning and servicing charges will be passed onto the guest in full.
Interaction with Guests: When we travel sometimes we want to be social, sometimes we do not. Similarly, sometimes we want advice and sometimes we like to discover things ourselves. With this in mind, we like to make arrangements with each guest to ascertain needs or desires. We will likely arrange to greet you on the first day of your arrival, this is to ensure you have everything you need and understand how things work in the house. We will answer any questions you may have and when we know a little more about your visit, likes, and dislikes, offer some friendly tips and ideas for your stay!

The location is in a peaceful area away from the main hustle...
The location is in a peaceful area away from the main hustle and bustle of Queenstown. It is a very easy 30 minute walk or 4 minute drive if you do need to get to the main CBD. The property was luxurious and had all the creature comforts you could ask for. The heated floors was a delightful touch in the cold weather as was the super comfortable king sized bed with such stunning views of the lake and the Remarkables. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else for our next trip to Queenstown. Absolutely perfect!
Double check the rate before booking. When I book a New Zealand property from a location in NZ, I assume it is listed in NZ $$. That wasn’t the case here. The manager wasn’t willing to answer my questions regarding this issue. I won’t be back.
