Our large, new, tastefully decorated one bedroom apartment boasts a fresh, modern, and comfortable charm instantly making you feel at home. It's spacious, airy, and fully equipped for your getaway! Apartment size is 92 square metres or 990 square feet

Spa pool/hot tub, terrace, sprawling outdoor space, expansive views of the famous Shotover River, Coronet Peak, Mount Dewar and the magnificent rural surrounds of the Wakatipu Basin mean your stay is sure to be memorable.

We're on the Tucker Beach Road, and within a 2 minute walk to the Queenstown Trail. We're a 15 minute drive to the both of the ski field access roads, 10 minutes from Lake Hayes and Lake Wakatipu, 20 minutes from 6 different golf courses, and 30 minutes to the Gibbston Valley Wine Region. You simply cannot get a better location!

Martin and /or Jo will be at the flat to welcome you upon arrival and show you through. We can pass on local knowledge, tips, and recommendations to maximize your time in Queenstown.

We can enhance your stay and ensure you safely see all the sights with expert guiding services (hiking, cycling, kayaking, fishing, wine/scenic/4x4 tours)

Our spacious, comfortable, well-appointed apartment and gorgeous surroundings have been enjoyed by dozens of couples for honeymoons, proposals, engagements, wedding accommodations, and elopements. With great natural light and tons of indoor/outdoor space for the entire wedding entourage, including hair, makeup, photographers, planners, etc., we're happy to assist with surprise proposals, organise food, and more. (Fees may apply) We even have a garment steamer for wedding dresses and suits!

Friendly hosts and the place is immaculate and very comfortable. I wouldn’t call it a 2 bedroom place though, when the 2nd bed is in the lounge and gets no privacy. It’s also very bright and hot in the morning. Would have been better with block out blinds

Immaculate property with every comfort

Owners have been very thoughtful in setting up this property for accommodation. the house had a lovely even warmth and views over the Shotover river. Couldnt fault the care and attention.

Excellent new home away from the noise but close to everything.

Enjoyed this beautiful home just outside of Queenstown. The home is new and perfectly designed. The view is amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub, but there is an extra charge for using the hot tub to help with cleaning. The beds were comfortable. Check in with Jo was great. She has a wealth of information about the local places to go. We hope to come back again soon.

Secluded Luxury

What a fantastic place. A completely seperate self contained wing of the main house which opens out onto its own outdoor area complete with spa pool. With views of coronet peak and countryside this is the perfect place to unwind. Underfloor heating keeps the flat toasty and it roomy and spacious for 2-4 people. Would highly recommend

Why stay anywhere else?

Stunningly beautiful spot - looking right at Coronet Peak. Very comfortable and stylish too. Beds so sleep-inducing, especially after a star-lit spa soak. The pull-down bed is really comfy, in case you were wondering. Kitchen and living area is perfect - everything you need (and more) is there. Lots of space to spread out. Hosts are thoughtful and attentive, if needed. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

Tranquility in easy reach of Queenstown

Ten minutes to the Airport and Arrowtown, and twenty to Queenstown. Newly and well equipped accommodation with all of the kitchen facilities you would expect in your own home. Ask for the hot tub which is private and with no light pollution affords a good view of the night sky and Coronet Mountain during the day. Sky TV with Sports Channels is a bonus.

Very lovely place! Was super clean and tidy. Equipped with everything you could need. The bed was really comfortable. Out of the way of the busy town centre but such a close drive. Views are beautiful. Jo and Martin were friendly and helpful. Showed us around then gave us our privacy. The only critique I have is it wouldve been nice if the front door was obscure glass not clear as it wasnt 100% private. Would definitely recommend this place! :)

After travelling for a year in the USA indulging my passions for adventure (skiing, hiking, mountain bike riding, kayaking, camping), people, food, music etc, I returned to Christchurch, NZ where I owned and managed a retail pharmacy whilst enjoying the close proximity of both the mountains and ocean. Then, with a manager in place for a year I headed to London..........20 years later, a colourful life and career, an American husband and 3 kids, we made the monumental and best move of our lives to beautiful Queenstown, the jewel in NZ's crown. We have been locals for 10 years and whilst I have been privileged to develop our beautiful home my husband has excelled at developing his relationships with every significant tour operator, sports store, trail, hut manager, outdoor expert :) I kid you not! :) Having travelled extensively with and without children, we are confident we know how to cater to your needs and are delighted to welcome you onto our property to your own self contained unit. We value clear, accurate and efficient communication and are confident your stay with us will be memorable
