Children are welcome, just keep in mind the river by the house, mostly 30-50cms deep in summer.

There are no child gates on the stairwells as the design doesn't make it practical

There is a small minor dwelling on the property, but this is about 25 meters from the main house, behind a barn on the other side of the driveway, the minor isn't visible from the house, with one elderly tenant,
so you shouldn't hear or see her, she is very quiet.

Being a luxury retreat, the house is not suitable for parties or events. Only those on the booking can enter the property if not arranged prior, if you would like other people to visit, just let me know
