The building is located opposite the Océarium, a 5-minute walk from the city center, all amenities and 30 minutes from the TGV station.
Private parking is included in the reservation
From the residence you have direct access to the beach.
The studio is on the 2nd floor, you can access it by an elevator.
Due to the narrow entrance with a step, the studio is not accessible to people with disabilities and wheelchairs.
The main room includes a 140 cm convertible sofa, a kitchenette, a table and 4 chairs, a sideboard, a wardrobe and a coffee table. Next to the main room is a spacious bathroom with a toilet area. You will go up to the mezzanine by a cabin ladder. The mezzanine includes 2 independent 90 cm beds with 2 bedside tables.

Through the window you can contemplate the magnificent view of the ocean with, among other things, its splendid sunsets.

Bonne escapade solitaire

TrÚs bon séjour au Croisic, malgré le temps (normal en janvier sur la cote Atlantique).Mais le logement, trÚs calme, permet de bien vivre ces moments un peu compliqués.Beaucoup de possibilités de sorties : musée du sel, Guérande (une douzaine de km), l'aquarium (à 200m du logement), et beaucoup de ballades possibles sur une cote extraordinaire. Et les restaurants sont presque tous ouverts pendant les vacances de Noël

Studio bien amĂ©nagĂ©, trĂšs clair, trĂšs belle vue de la fenĂȘtre sur la mer et la plage en direct. L'Ă©chelle pour accĂ©der aux lits de la mezzanine est plutĂŽt raide, mais les lits sont trĂšs confortables. Le tour de la presqu'Ăźle est vite fait Ă  pied mais c'est une balade trĂšs sympa. Les magasins (ou marchĂ©s) ne sont pas loin du logement.

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage

Die Wohnung hatte alles was man fĂŒr einen Urlaub braucht (es gibt fast alles an KĂŒchenausstattung), herrlicher Blick aufs Meer vom Fenster aus. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und per App gut erreichbar. Das GebĂ€ude hat auch eine Rezeption mit ebenfalls freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Ein tolles GebĂ€ude, was allerdings etwas verlebt aussieht (Teppiche in den Fluren, Geruch aus AbflĂŒssen, ...) aber trotzdem OK. Es waren ein paar sehr schöne Tage dort, der Ort ist auch sehr schön und das Ozenariom gegenĂŒber ist einen Besuch wert.

AgrĂ©able studio au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage avec fenĂȘtre vue sur mer. Pratique pour un couple et un enfant. Drap et essuie de bain disponible sur place. Kitchenette, machine Ă  cafĂ© dolce gusto, grille-pain disponible sur place. Accueil convivial et sympathique. À recommander et y retourner.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour. Le studio Ă©tait trĂšs propre et bien situĂ© avec une belle vue sur la mer. La propriĂ©taire Ă©tait trĂšs gentille. Des produits Ă©taient dĂ©jĂ  dans les placards ce qui permet d’éviter la corvĂ©e des courses trop chargĂ©es Ă  l’arrivĂ©e.
