Comfortable, central, quiet neighbourhood. Next door to Heath Park.
Great supply of food for breakfast, etc. Obviously wheelchair accessible. Quite central for all facilities, handy to Te Rapa through road and just off the Waikato Expressway. Just a few minutes to the CBD, the Base, Hamilton Gardens, etc. Sorry that the disktv remote stopped working with the tv stuck on freeview 11. Tried new batteries but the terminal was rusted over.
We really enjoyed our stay, quite, cozy, comfortable, clean and just what we were looking for. Trish was very accommodating, would recommend to others 😀

Thanks for your lovely comments. So glad you had a good weekend. You’re most welcome back again sometime.
We stayed here for a week with our son who was attending a National Swimming Competition.
The place was perfect - Clean, plenty of room, well equipped and the hosts provided a heap of supplies to get us started - Amazing.
We will certainly stay there again - Many Thanks
Initial problems getting in, link on site didnt work to get code, but was able to message host and she txt the code through.
Lovely little place, great for a quite couples night.
Felt very spoilt with stocked fridge and pantry food, saved having to do a grocery shop.

Thanks, Susan, for your kind review. Susan was a great guest as well, stripping the bed and leaving the laundry in a pile for me to just pick up. A very easy clean up, thanks. You are welcome back any time.
Place was really nice, wanted to write so in the book log there but there was no pen! :) Owner got back to messages right away which was helpful

Quiet and Spacious Cottage
We enjoyed our stay at this cottage and appreciated the extras provided e.g. a range of teas, plunger coffee, bread, margarine and spreads plus eggs and milk. It was comfortable with a heat pump, fast internet and a washing machine. There was a small deck to sit outside. A lovely cottage and a great place to stay when visiting Hamilton.
