Summary:
Treat your family to the wide sea views across to Buckland’s Beach with all day sun in this beautifully renovated home perched high above Huruhi Bay.

The Space:
To maximise the sea views, the open plan living, dining and kitchen area along with two bedrooms ensuite and family bathroom are on the upper level with the third bedroom and separate TV room and another full bathroom situated on the lower level.

Relax on the deck and watch the sunset over the sea at this lovely family home!

Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - superking bed, Bedroom 2 - double bed, Bedroom 3 - 2 x King single beds.

Please note: Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights rest of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located a few minutes drive to Oneroa village, award winning vineyards and restaurants including Mudbrick, Kennedy Point and Cable Bay as well as the stunning white sands of Palm Beach. The supermarket, iconic Saturday farmers market, ferries, local cafes and shopping are all within a 5 to 10 minute drive of this lovely property.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island. There is easy parking at the property.

Interaction with Guests:
Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.
