Good central location for up to 4 people

Only three chairs for up to six people. Heater in main bedroom didn’t work and one in other bedroom was against the bed so couldn’t use that one either. Although in early June found it was warm enough at night. Good instructions for everything (except heater in bedroom). Spa was good as long as previous guests leave lid on, maybe something the cleaner can check, otherwise it gets cold. Overall a pleasant stay for four people but wouldn’t recommend for five or six.

We have three dining chairs for guests inside plus we have another three outside that can be bought inside if required. We have a wall heater in the master room which works fine. Not sure why this guest couldn't turn it on as I tested it after his stay and it works perfectly. Also we have a spare heater in the wardrobe for both bedrooms. Its unfortunate that the previous guest didn't put the lid back on the spa although it heats up in 1 to two hours once the lid is replaced. It can be a little cramped with 6 guests even though it is 53 metres square. It is more suitable for uoto 5 guests. Glad he enjoyed his stay with us

Lovely little apartment.

Lovely little apartment. The spa was a nice touch - we enjoyed it every evening after long days of exploring Rotorua. Location was very handy to downtown and no sulphur smell.

Was in a good location to walk into town. The unit is all freshly decorated, very clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. There were mountain bike hooks in a secure back garden which would be handy for future trips. We enjoyed our stay.

the place was tidy and clean. it is located in a quiet neighbourhood. the property is all fenced up, so you get your personal space. the outdoor area and private spa is perfect for a small family. would definitely stay there again next time i go to rotorua

Location is perfect for your stay.

Location is perfect for your stay. It is a short walk out of the bustling city but in a nice quiet area. Felt very safe as well. Was a 8min walk to nearby cafes and restaurants for meals which was great for my family and I to settle our stomach on the walk home. Property has everything that is needed, kitchen utilise, laundry and also a beautiful spa. Rooms were very cosy, with room heaters and electric blankets for the colder nights. I would recommend to all to stay here. Thank you again Grant!

Awesome wee unit within walking distance of the city centre.

Awesome wee unit within walking distance of the city centre. We spent 3 nights (family of 4) and were so impressed with the presentation and cleanliness - very modern decor and furniture. The unit is fully equipped - better than a motel as you have privacy and space. With an awesome private spa, My sky, washing machine and dishwasher it was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend this rental.
