• Outdoor toilet and shower with hot and cold water - perfect for after the beach
• 10 min walk to the beach

• 5 min walk to Williamson Golf Course and the Community Centre with swimming pool
• Fire place – cosy in the winter
• Great friendly neighbours

• Off-street parking for four vehicles and even room for a trailer boat

Special conditions:
Property rental is for a maximum of six people. Sheets, pillowcases and towels
are supplied. No additional guests staying beyond those booked. No smoking inside. Ask us
about your pets. Deposit of 25% required when booking. Balance due 2 weeks before occupancy off
peak, and 4 weeks before occupancy during peak season. A bond may apply at our discretion. 2 pm
check in, 10am check out. A fee for cleaning of $75.00 is required.

Home away from home

Sharon's property was more than comfortable. Loved the layout and it is tastefully decorated. Loads of space for all our stuff and exceptionally well kitted out. Couldn't have asked for anything more :)
