This home is open plan with oversize floor to ceiling sliding doors, large fully-equipped island kitchen with quality espresso machine, comfortable lounge area with beautiful lounge suite and large screen TV with Netflix and latest technology sound system. Weber Q BBQ and -inbuilt deck seating overlooking the water. Garaging for 1 vehicle and off street parking for 1 vehicle provided.

Sea Change can accommodate up to 6 guests, ideal for 4 guests & will be great for a professional couple or couples looking to experience Nelson at its absolute best!

**Special conditions & notes**:

- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking inside. Pets are not permitted.

- This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.

- This property is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

- The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. This home is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort.

- Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm. Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm).

- Late arrivals are available on request for an additional charge of NZ$50.00.

**Cancellation, COVID travel restrictions, Compassionate Circumstances**:

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.

Nice stay in Nelson

Great view and beautiful home with all the amenities including a high end espresso machine. Located along the Nelson waterfront but along a busy road (during the day). A bit far to walk to the town center from this home but easily accessible by car.

Excellent in many ways and truly wonderful views. Living area great and property very clean. Couple of issues with road noise and beds were too soft for those who like a firmer mattress.
