Secure parking, elevator access, free WiFi, Freeview TV. This is convenient and comfortable base from which to make the most of your Nelson experience.

Bedroom note: Bedroom 1: Queen, Bedroom 2: King Single x 2 (or combine to King by request), Bedroom 3: Single bunks.

**Special conditions & notes**:

- Strictly no party or venue use. No smoking inside or on balconies. No laundry on balconies. No pets. General Terms & Conditions & building Body Corporate rules apply.

- Private residence - This apartment is a personal residence and occupied between periods of availability. Some storage areas will be used by the owners for personal use. As a result, this apartment may be more fully furnished than other dedicated accommodations.

- Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort.

- Security cameras - For security & safety of the building, the body corporate operate security cameras that monitor the doors and vehicles in the parking area.
