About this property

Contemporary Bungalow - ideal for families

This is our home and ideal for young families. We are located in central Mount Maunganui.
It's sunny, has great light and is the perfect place to relax.
Our home has light wooden floors and a relaxed contemporary feel.

We are about 7-10 min walk from the beach, longer if you have little ones.

Bayfair shopping mall is a short drive away and so is down town Mount and shopping/cafes. Good location to get on to main roads. Close to ASB stadium. Sky TV and free wifi. Off street parking.
We have a galley kitchen (no microwave), with all the appliances you need.

Our house is located near a school, so there is a great field for kids to play cricket or rugby/soccer on. Our peaceful home with warm surroundings has 3 bedrooms available to use.

Endroit magnifiquement situé

Endroit très bien situé. Tranquille et bien aménagé. Tout l'équipement nécessaire pour faire la cuisine sauf... un four micro onde. Mais ça, on le savait déjà car l'annonce décrit très bien cette demeure.

Happy stay

House is in a great area, close to places and the beach. It is inviting and set up nice. When we had a few things that didn't work, we were really impressed with Rebecca's communication to fix things. It felt like a home and we enjoyed it in the same way. Thank you for letting us stay.

A great little spot!

The property was perfect for our needs. Close to the beach, a quick drive to the main street and beach at the Mount and close to supermarkets & cafes. Rebecca was great to deal with. The house had everything we needed :)

Lovely spot

Super handy location, short 8min walk to beach, Omanu surf club less busy part of beach. George Cafe a short walk also. House was lovely and had everything we needed, great communication from Beks.
