Cosy relaxed 3 bedroom townhouse on Marine Parade with beach access directly across the road.

Garage available on request otherwise easier parking on the road.
Central Parade supermarket, cafes and restaurants are 10 minutes stroll away.
Main Mount Maunganui Village and the Airport are approx 2 kms away. (in opposite directions)
Downstairs is open plan living and dining with living area opening to a fully enclosed back yard with BBQ and outdoor table. The kitchen is off the living and dining area.
Upstairs there are 3 good size bedrooms which all have their own door to open out to a conservatory with a view from master between houses in front to the sea.

Excellent location

Around the corner from the start of the Auckland Marathon was a perfect place for us to stay as participants. Devonport was also a great location from which to explore the rest of Auckland, being so close to the ferry terminal to Auckland city. The house was awesome and met and surpassed our expectations. Thanks!

Charming bach style

Lovely layout, all rooms a good size and a good lounge and kitchen area. A charming 70s bach style. Had all we needed but smaller than expected and much further from the centre than the price reflected. Shower pressure the only thing that was disappointing and with 2 teenagers & lots of beach action that was a shame. Really personal service from the host.
