This is a cabin so delightfully done I am sure you will make memories of a lifetime here. Close to main attraction in Pigeon Forge and will all amenities including a heated pool. Couple of things can be smoothed out: the check in process; it’s too cumbersome for 2025 and frankly need not take 5 mins to fill multiple forms. I’d like to see that changed. Also, the main bathroom whirlpool did not work despite many tries. These niggles aside, cannot recommend it more highly !
We came with our son and his fiancé and the cabin is gorgeous but both mattresses need replaced they were uncomfortable but it was beautiful and would stay again
Check in was easy and seamless. The layout of the cabin was just as advertised. Well decorated and plenty of amenities for the stay. 10-15min away from restaurants, outlet shopping and nearby attractions. Definitely would book again.
Amazing cabin. Absolutely easiest check in process.. representative called just before our check in and let us know her info and if we need anything to please call them. Location was great!! No far from main places to enjoy. We were in town for a Mustang show and we enjoyed our week even more having such a great cabin!! And CLEAN!
The roads are nice, but the driveway is definitely not motorcycle friendly. Its gotta a slant!
If the driveway wasnt slanted, it would have been perfect.
My wife and I traveled from Florida looking for snow and boy did we pick a great week for it. This cabin is perfectly located, close to town but still quiet. The cabin is updated with all the amenities and it was very clean. The communication with the host was great and they even notified us of the snow and ice warning issued by the NWS. Easy check in and out. Definitely a place to stay. Highly recommended!
From the moment we pulled up we were in awe of the property. It is a beautiful rustic cabin with lots of extras. Game room upstairs for the kids (and adults that act like kids), 2 bedrooms with king size beds that were very comfortable, porches for days, upstairs and downstairs. Propane grill available for cooking out. We loved the property and will definitely stay with them again!
This was one of the best cabins we stayed in. They spared no expense. Large TVs in every room. We ate dinner outside on the patio. Back porch was screened in.
Only complaint is the hot tub area wasn’t screened or had tall enough rails around it. We could slip or our child would could fall off.
Would stay again for sure though.
The cabin was very beautiful and in a great location. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I did noticed some areas of the cabin that was not cleaned: hot tub, back porch and upstairs tub. Overall, the beds were comfortable, and we had trouble with the TV (management came out right away to fix). I gave the cabin 3 out of 5 stars!!
We spent a long weekend by the Smokey’s and stayed two nights at the Perky Peaks cabin. It’s a very cozy cabin with beautiful views! We loved every minute of the stay and would have loved to stay longer! The fireplace didn’t work the first night. When I notified the property they sent someone to check it immediately. The second night was much cozier with the fireplace on next to the adorable Christmas tree!! It was an Amazing birthday weekend in the Smokey’s!
Cabin was great, check in process too lengthy. Had to send info to company renting out the house instead of dealing directly with home away like other rentals. Usually I receive my check in code, instructions, and address directly through home away. With this rental it was one process with home away and then another process with the company renting out the property. Besides that it was great!
Good location. Quiet neighborhood. Cabin deco and furnishings nice. Can lighting out in kitchen (2 of 3). Lighting poor in bathrooms. Weak toilet flush in half bath. Porches not clean—dead bugs and bird poop, rockers dusty. Cabin could use deep cleaning—dirty windows and blinds, dusty lamps. Would be nice to have clocks in bedrooms.
If you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of downtown, and would rather be in a remote place where you will purposely spend more time at your cabin than running to see loocal attractions, this is the place for you. If you need to run to Gatlinberg or Pigeon Forge for entertainment and food every single day, you may want to stay closer because this cabin, as awesome as it is, is about 30 min from the "strip" and all the attractions. We wanted somewhere off the main drag and wanted to spend time in the hot tub, playing video games, watching movies and relaxing - NOT running up and down the strip. So for us, this place was perfect. No one could stay here and complain about anything I wouldn't think. Nice decor, natural light, amenities out the wazoo, it was perfect.
Cabin was decorated very cute and even had a Christmas tree which was a nice surprise. A couple of issues was that the fireplace was not usable according to the maintenance person which was a huge bummer. When the pillows were removed from the couch upstairs a pocket knife and bra from the previous guests were found. The cover for the grill was on the ground and full of snow. Overall though, we enjoyed the cabin and would come back.

The property itself was very beautiful. The view of the Mountains is from the side of the house that does not have a way to stay out of the rain and view the mountains. We have stayed in the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area about a dozen times now and we always see wildlife (bears) from our cabins but not this time. It is also a ways out to get to things. Other than that the time we spent in the cabin was very comfortable and the Grandkids had a great time with the puzzles and game system.
Property was absolutely beautiful! We had a very nice time! Cabin had everything we needed! Bed was very comfortable. Mostly clean, did have to clean some and the washer machine was filled with black mold in the rubber seal and smelled really bad. Took me cleaning with bleach spray to get rid of it and the smell.Back screened in porch door had a broken hinge and there were lots of wood boring 🐝 bees that loved to try to intimidate us while trying to relax out on the beautiful deck. The first floor bedroom bathroom's exhaust fan needs help. Very noisy. Windows could use a good cleaning to capture the unbelievably beautiful views of the mountains! All in all we had a great time and enjoyed the cabin very much! Thank you.
