About this property

2BR Condo w/ large deck. Walking distance to beach, great restaurants and bars.

We are currently rebuilding our Condo Complex. I have blocked everything till we are complete. It will be a beautiful rental when we are done. Thanks. Condo has been totally re-freshed. New carpets upstairs. Well equipped. Fast-WiFi. Smart TVs in all rooms with cable. Double full bunk with single trundle in one room queen in the other. Sweet deck off the master to have coffee before the beach. Pull out full sofa. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Elevated deck overlooking the pool and green space out front door of condo with picnic table, chairs and chaises to hang out on when you get back from the beach. Parking for two vehicles. If your vehicle is lifted it will be very tight. Very close to the Hang Out, Sea and Suds, Surf Style Grocery and the beach.

Excelled every expectation

This was our first family vacation!! The property is beautiful from outside to inside!! Just a short walk to the beach and shops and restaurants within walking distance!! Loved every minute here!!

My wife and i have been coming to the Gulf Shores area for 20 years and finally decided to put our end game in motion. We had a great season till Hurricane Sally. Our Complex is being re-done. We will be back by May hopefully.

Why they chose this property

This property checked all our boxes. Its close to everything. It is in a small cluster of condos extremely close to the beach. No elevators. Reasonably priced places to eat.
