Great house with all living areas down stairs, so the kids can be upstairs and away from any noise.
Full fenced back yard with plenty of space for the kids to run around. Outdoor heated shower to wash off after a swim at the beach which is only a 10-15min walk away. Or enjoy the hot days beside the fully fenced large swimming pool.
Close to the popular Henry and Teds cafe and the always convenient Four square.
Special conditions:
This is our family home so ideally suited to family's STRICTLY NO PARTY GOERS!
