The Tree house boasts modern open plan living with three bedrooms master room is a supper king bed , second room has a queen size bed ,and bedroom 3 has 2 king single beds .Enjoy a close encounter with our native birds
Amenities include dedicated bathroom with a view Two toilets and shower , extensive decking brings you close to nature .
Local attractions ..White island New Zealand most active volcano, lives directly to sea and is accessible by tour boats or helicopter .Staying in the thermal theme, bathing hot pools are a 5 minute drive Whakatane township is a 10 minute drive , we are 12 minutes from Whakatane airport , 45 minutes from the city of Tauranga and 50 minutes from Rotorua .
Bush walks , Ohope beach , fishing , shopping , boating opportunities abound .
Dinning is well catered for in Whakatane ,Ohope
Come and enjoy a real taste of NZ .

Spacious, tranquil stay in the bush

Thanks Debbie for letting us stay at your place. Love the roominess and the outdoor space. Also lovely to be in the bush with all the bird sounds. We stayed here to be near the Tarawera 102 race start line and it was a perfect choice.

Wonderful tree house hideaway

Very friendly and helpful hosts however they did not intrude on our holiday. They were helpful with the location and what you could do during your stay. Leaflets were available on what was available to do in the area. Great environment, private within a woodland area, beautiful natural gardens with access to a beautiful well maintained pool.. would highly recommend.. we are going back next year

The Tree House

The home is very tastefully decorated, and lovely and clean. Our host had a fire going on our arrival, and both hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The scenery is really lovely, and this place is excellent for a rest. It is also close to the hot pools, and we were able to go into Whakatane for coffees and shopping, and a bush walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house and surrounding garden is very attractive. Thank you to our hosts! We would recommend this place to others, and would love to come again. June.

Perfect Treat for a wedding weekend

Fantastic time at the tree house. We used this as a base for a busy wedding weekend. Groom, bride and bridal party stayed here and the girls got ready here. Beautiful kitchen, lounge, deck and bathroom. Great for groups to socialise. Kitchen was extremely well stoked and lovely touch with fresh eggs for our use. Loved it! Thankyou so much.
