Stunning sea-view house

After having a fun at the beach, maybe enjoy a snack and refreshment before tippy toeing to the a very large outside wooded deck where you can relax over a refreshing drink and get the barbecue started. There are beautiful upper deck views from the top outdoor entertaining area where you can slip into the outdoor spa after dinner.

The property is 30-minutes drive away from Auckland international airport. There are free private parking on-site. Only 3-minutes drive to Half Moon Bay, guests can take the ferry to the Waiheke or Auckland City habour , enjoying the fantastic harbor view! Buses also access directly to the CBD. The property close to Golf course , easy driving to the supermarket, yacht club, cafes and restaurants.

Special conditions:
Please keep the room tidy, Leave kitchen/dining/ lounge areas as you found it. No shoes inside the house. No loud noise during the night. No house parties. No smoking (outside please) and no pets. No illegal anything. Please love our house as your own home! Extra fee will have to be charged if the key was lost. Number of guests to match the number in your booking.

Due to outbreak of Corona virus We were not able to have our planned stay. I tried to rebook for another time. It was a very diffult process ,not easily contactable .End result we were not able to rebook, resulting in a refund ,which took many emails,phone calls to sort. Will not be using Vero to book again.

This property went above our expectation it was so clean and very well presented.

Would definitely stay here again if the situation arose. Plenty of room for 10 people to stay and everything we needed. The host was great to deal with. Exceptionally clean and tidy property.

Beautiful Home

An amazing home in a nice, quiet area. My family and I stayed here for the long weekend and loved it! The property manager was easy to deal with, had quick responses & checked in with us on our arrival and leaving days. The only downside was that the spa was out of order but didn’t end up effecting us due to the bad weather anyway. Would love to come back and stay during the summer time!

Overall the linen and beds are of a high quality. Place was very clean. BBQ and all appliances ready useable. 3 bath rooms off the bed rooms gives you our own privacy

Too hot on arrival 🥵

Nice property. No A/C on, all windows closed on arrival= 90F + Took ? 3 hours to cool place down with x2 wall air conditioners. Many bedrooms. Nice views. Good x2 decks with views. Kitchen cutlery etc. adequate. Some of lights in kitchen and bathroom didn’t work. Lots of space. Close to beach. All in all a great stay/place.

Bucklands Beach

Thankyou Grace, we really enjoyed our stay. Stunning views, lots of separate spaces for teens and adults to enjoy their holidays together. Lovely cafe/shops and the beach just a walk away.

I didn’t stay myself, it was my husband two teens an a few club friends, feedback was that it was amazingly set out very spacious and comfortable, spa pool made it a perfect weekend. Location was fantastic as was the cleanliness of the property. There was no shortage of amenities and all of the bedrooms and bathrooms were faultless. A nice touch was the Christmas tree that was left in the house as we were spending Christmas away from home, along with the 2 small gifts that were left underneath. Very appreciative of Grace's thoughtfulness. It was also nice that all of the bathrooms had a good supply of liquid soap and ample toilet paper for our stay.

Soak in spa enjoying fantastic views and relax in spacious comfortable home.

A great home for our family weekend - room for 9 adults with plenty of privacy. Spa pool with fantastic view over Half Moon Bay was very popular. Great views from house with wonderful decks for outside entertaining. Cant wait for our next get together as will definitely use again if available. Very comfortable spacious and quiet. Great location with cafe along the road and bar with views of water. Great walks including round to Marina where plenty of restaurants and also the ferries.
