This two-story townhouse has been beautifully updated and is located within the gated community of Shipyard Resort, perfect for both beach and golf enthusiasts. With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this townhouse is ideal for families and groups of friends.

The first floor features a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. A half bath and laundry room are located just beyond the living area. The open-concept kitchen with a center island, breakfast bar, dining area and family room with another flat screen TV are also on this floor. You'll find two private decks on this level, both overlooking the pool, and providing comfortable seating to relax and chat with family and friends.

On the second floor are three generously sized bedrooms. The master suite includes a king size bed, 32" flat screen TV, additional seating, and an en suite bath with double sinks, granite countertops, and a glass walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, 26" flat screen TV, and en suite bath with granite countertops and a glass walk-in shower. The third bedroom features 2 twin beds, a 22" flat screen TV, and a hall bath with a tub/shower combo.

Beachwalk Villas is just a few steps away from the Shipyard Beach House, which has restrooms and outdoor showers for rinsing off sand and salt after a day at the beach.

Guests of Beachwalk 153 have access to all of the amenities within the Shipyard Resort, including miles of bike paths that wind past ancient oaks draped in Spanish moss, tranquil lagoons where you may spot an otter, egret or even an alligator basking in the sunshine. Additional amenities within the resort include 27 holes of spectacular golf, the Van der Meer Racquet Club, and the Brickyard Pub.

The Shipyard Resort is just a few minutes' drive to all the dining and entertainment that Hilton Head Island has to offer, sure to please every member of your family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First let me speak to the rapid response from the the rental company. Thank you!We traveled with 6 adults and 2 children ages 5 and 6. The walk to the beach was about .3 miles but our little guys did it every day without complaint. The path is completely shaded which made it more bearable in the July heat. So, we loved the location! Pool right out the back door. You did hear people in the pool at night but everyone was very respectful and the pool was empty by 10pm. I visited Publix and Harris teeter and would probably return to Harris Teeter. The rental was very well stocked. It met our needs perfectly. Beds were comfortable. The unit was clean. Lots of space for clothes, etc. Plenty of hangers. Having two tv spaces on the main level was great. Kid shows in one place during rest periods and golf for the men in the other space. We would definitely return here again and hope to do so maybe next year if it works out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best vacation ever! Highly recommend this villa in Shipyard. The unit pictured was exactly what we got. We only experienced 2 minor issues - the A/C kept the upstairs way to cold and the beach is about a minimum of a 10 minute walk not 5 as stated but there is a shuttle service to take.

Family Trip

Property was in a great location in shipyard. Convenient to pool and path to the beach. Unit was clean for the most part. Back porch needed cleaning and upkeep. In all, a nice stay.
