Second floor has a screened in porch with ceiling fan, fully equipped kitchen, living area and the half bath. This property is located on the 4th hole of the Brigantine golf course. We have been staying at this beautiful condo in Shipyard for the past four years. Our first stay was for three weeks and since then we have added a week each year. We have already booked six weeks for next year. We enjoy the proximity to Coligny beach and the variety of shops and restaurants located in Coligny Plaza. The location within Shipyard and around the area is ideal for long walks and biking. On the rare occasions when we have needed to contact our host, Janice, she has never failed to respond promptly and effectively. We highly recommend this condo.
