This modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment, split over three levels*, sleeps up to 6 people.
It boasts breath taking views of Lake Taupo, the Taupo Marina and the Waikato River literally at your doorstep. A short stroll and you are in the heart of Taupo for restaurants, cafes, shopping and events.
The front entry is on ground level and hosts a laundry with washing machine and dryer and a bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite. Heading down a flight of stairs you’ll find a further bedroom (2 x king singles), bathroom and kitchenette. Off this level is access to a courtyard, BBQ and gate access to the Waikato River – fishing literally at your doorstep. The spacious open plan living is on the top floor which houses the modern full kitchen with dishwasher and modern appliances and the third bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite with bath/shower combination.
There are 2 heat pumps and under floor heating in the bathrooms to keep you cosy and warm in the winter months.
The complex also offers a shared heated swimming pool (available summer only, from Labour weekend till Easter) and BBQ area.
Mountain bike tracks can be found within a 5 minute ride and caters to all levels of riders.
Taupo is centrally located with ski fields only 1 ½ hours away and Rotorua only 1 hour away.
A double garage is available for car parking, there is additional car parks within the complex to be shared and availability cannot be guaranteed. Trailers (including boats), camper-vans and caravans are strictly prohibited.
This property is part of a complex so body corporate rules apply and must be adhered too.
This complex is riverside and has a pool so please supervise children at all times. Swimming in the the river is not advised as it can be very dangerous due to strong currents.
*The three levels are connected by stairs so please be mindful that this apartment may not suit all people.

Strictly no parties, a few quiet drinks are fine, but you must be respectful of the property and its neighbours.
This is a family home in a quiet residential area, not suitable for large groups of adults. Disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated.
When making a request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and plans for while you are in Taupō. Please note we may contact you for more information on behalf of our owners.
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted and are liable for any damages to the property. We have a strict no party policy (large groups, hens, stags etc.) and do not allow functions or large gatherings.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. Respect for neighbours regarding noise and cars must be considered, we reserve the right to terminate the contract without refund if we receive complaints.
All guests are your responsibility so please take care and parental supervision is required for all children at all times, especially around stairs, balconies, water and fires. The holiday home is not to be used as a function venue, events or activity that involve a larger number of people than stated on the maximum occupancy.
All homes are privately owned, please treat them with respect and if an incident/damage happens, report it ASAP so it can be repaired or replaced. For damages be aware that your credit card will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were on arrival. You will have paid a compulsory cleaning fee which covers a general service clean. If the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $40.00 per hour for this.
If you use a BBQ it must be left clean, if not a $40.00 fee will be charged for cleaning.
ALL rubbish must be removed from throughout the property on your departure; failure to do this will result in a minimum charge of $40.00 for labour and council disposal fees. This property has a pre-paid bin available for your use, specific rubbish details are at the property.
The property must be left secure and safe upon your departure. Please check all windows, doors and appliances including heaters, electric blankets, elements, and sockets before you leave the property.
