Lake Holiday Home - spa pool + views

Great outdoor living, beautiful views + spa.

Living areas open to large covered deck, spa pool, tramp for the kids and beautiful lake views. The deck then steps down to large lawns that flow onto the reserve and golf course.

A private and quiet place to stay with lovely views. Easy access to walking / biking trails and golf course.

Walking distance to Local shops.

We now have WiFi.

No parties. No smoking. No groups or gatherings. We will ask you to leave.

Pets by arrangement.

Fabulous location with lovely views over the reserve, golf course & lake. Spa pool + trampoline + large section. Large covered outdoor living area with table and chairs & sofa seating. Our place looks over the reserve, golf course and lake. A quiet and private place to Holiday. Easy walk to golf course, lake & the Waikato River Trails - walk or bike in either direction.

A short walk to the local cafe, shops, skate park, pump track, local pool & library.

We now have WiFi but no TV.

Linen & towels are included, but not toiletries.

The house is 3 bedrooms plus there are bunks in the open lounge area, and there is a sleepout.

Overpriced but unlivable dwelling

Absolutely filthy,moldy pillow,mice nest in the BBQ. Sat and watched them play around.Cockroaches, a lot of them. Very dirty bathtub. Found underwear and people's clothing with the guest towels. This place needs a THOROUGH cleaning. The only thing that was worth there was the view.

Mangakino

Great spot! House needed to be aired out more, very musty. Also cockroaches which was unpleasant. Apart from that awesome! Just above golf course beautiful.

Thanks for staying. Surprised to hear it’s musty as it’s been open and used a lot lately, sorry about that. The cockroaches, yes we do get a few visitors it’s an old house and we don’t like to use chemicals. Again apologies. Thanks again for staying :)

Great stay

We had a great stay, everything we needed was there, well setup property, and the spa on the deck looking out over the lake was awesome. Kids really enjoyed the flying fox too. We would definitely return again.

Great old school bach perfect for summer get away .

Had a great weekend away at this bach . Everything you need and more here to enjoy summer . House has all the facilities , was clean and the spa and hot water were all on ready for us . Section was massive backing right on the golf course . We were able to take our two dogs which is great . There is a small dog run next to the sheds too . Recommend to families wanting to enjoy the summer outside .
