Hi, we are your hosts, Wayne and Dee. We love the area, so close to Hamilton while living in a semi country area, we have lived here for the last 18 years.
Why wayney814 chose Rototuna North
The central location just outside of Hamilton, makes it a great base from which to explore. Only 5 mins to Hamilton Airport & Mystery Creek, 10 mins Hamilton Gardens and central Hamilton. Or travel 10 mins to the Velodrome at Cambridge. If you are heading to Matamata for the Hobbiton Village we are 30mins away.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.
