Air-conditioned family villa with a large garden - 6IRLA4
Large, three-sided family villa, less than 4 km from the beaches, with a lovely living area, ideal for a large family.
This fully air-conditioned two-storey villa comprises:
Ground floor: A beautiful, spacious and bright living area, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, multi-function oven, ceramic hob and microwave.
Separate toilet
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 140cm double bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90cm)
Bedroom 3: 1 pull-out bed (sleeps 1 or 2)
Plus a bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail and toilet.
Outside, you can enjoy a 300 m² garden with a terrace (barbecue, sun loungers, garden furniture, parasol).
A washing machine is available in the garage.
You will appreciate this villa for its spacious rooms and enclosed garden.
Parking is available in the driveway in front of the garage.
Quiet location – A RELAXING HOLIDAY IS GUARANTEED!!
Optional extras: Linen is not provided, but you can book it in advance and collect it when you collect the keys (double bed set: €12.00 / single bed set: €9.00 / towel set including one large and one small towel: €8.00).
