Comfortable, modern flat with a great sea view

We really enjoyed our stay in Banyuls and the flat is conveniently located close to the town, a short drive away. The flat itself is modern with a well-equipped kitchen (not that we did much cooking) and it was great to have our breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea every morning. There is a spacious double bedroom with an extra single bed in it and a small single bedroom with bunk beds. Altogether a very relaxing, comfortable stay which we would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement décoré avec gout et très lumineux. La circulation de la petite route se fait vite oublier par la magnifique vue sur mer. L'emplacement est parfait, à 100m de la plage, à 10mn à pied du centre de Banyuls. La situation de la ville est idéale, pour rayonner dans la région. Nous avons visité la discrète maison d'Aristide Maillol à proximité de Banyuls et fait de petites escales à Collioure, Port Vendres, Villefranche sur Conflent d'où part le petit train jaune, ainsi qu'une jolie escapade en Espagne pour découvrir Cadaquès etc... Merci pour les conseils avisés et l'accueil simple et chaleureux de Marilyse et Christian. Nous aurons plaisir à y revenir. Chantal et Pascal

Super séjour aux Elmes

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'appartement où on s'est senti comme chez nous : il y a TOUT, l'aménagement est très fonctionnel, et l'accueil de Marylise est très chaleureux. La situation du gîte permet de se déplacer à pied ou en bus, et de laisser la voiture au parking : avantage indéniable. La proximité des plages, du village, le paysage sont des atouts majeurs de l'appartement. Petit dejeuner sur le lever de soleil : toit simplement magique !! Seul petir bemol pour les campagnards que nous sommes, habitués a vivre loin de la ville et sa circulation automobile : le bruit des voitures. Mais on ne peut pas tout avoir ! En résumé super séjour, avec une mention spéciale a Marylise et sa gentillesse. confort tres appreciable

Une vue extraordinaire

Nous sommes ravie de notre séjour. Mme Marchand est très réactive et disponible sur nos interrogations. Marylise s'est montré accueillante, avenant et sympathique. L'appartement est très bien agencée, pratique et fonctionnelle. Nous n'avons manqué de rien si ce n'est la clim (avec des températures a plus de 32°c, nous avons eu chaud 😅 Mais c'est ce que l'on recherche en venant dans le sud). La vue est plus que magnifique, nous étions émerveillé chaques jours. Boulangerie a 2 min a pied top. Nous reviendront avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci a vous.

Appartement très bien situé par rapport à la mer, propre, très bien équipé, d'accès facile à l'entrée de la station. Seul bémol, la situation de la route départementale, entre la mer et l'appartement, donc bruit de la circulation quand on veut profiter de la terrasse. Ce bémol n'était pas partagé par nos petits fils qui ont bcp apprécié de voir toute sorte de camions et de véhicules de pompiers...

Un super séjour d'1 semaine dans ce joli appartement lumineux, bien équipé et face à la mer. Lever de soleil depuis le balcon et ensoleillement jusqu'à14h. Le pied! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé face à la mer, à deux pas des plages et du départ du sentier côtier. Le centre ville est facilement accessible à pied en 10 minutes. Les contacts avec la propriétaire ainsi que l'accueil à l'arrivée ont été excellents. Tout est mis en oeuvre pour que le séjour se déroule dans les meilleurs conditions.

La réalité en dessous de l'annonce!... Prendre ses repas face à la mer bleue, descendre à pied à l'une des 2 plages familiales, rejoindre le cœur du village toujours à pied, partir de la résidence en randonnée à travers les vignes le long du littoral, du bas de l'immeuble découvrir les villages de Port-Vendres, Collioure en empruntant l'autocar pour 1€, se rendre en Espagne, profiter de visites guidées de l'OT… Sans parler du confort de l'appartement, de son équipement, de sa déco, de la quiétude de la résidence et de la disposition d'un emplacement de parking ombragé gratuit … LE REVE! Nous y reviendrons. Merci Annie.

Yves b. septembre 2018 nous avons passer 15 jours dans cette belle région dans un appartement face à la mer. tout nos repas se son passer sur le bacon( et oui la météo était au RDV ). l'appartement très fonctionnel les cambres son au calme et la literie et bonne. pour la région la cote vermeille et un lieu magnifique pour les yeux et pour les randonneurs. et pour finir Marylise et la personne qui nous a accueilli, qui nous a conseillé et sur qui on peut conter.(pour nous Marylise et la cerise sur le gâteau de notre séjour) merci Marylise. bien cordialement.
