Left and got a hotel. Did not stay even one night. Live mouse in the kitchen, lots of mouse poo in the kitchen, under sink, stairs and hallway.

So so

Many issues with the property. Burned out light bulbs, no tv instructions , no welcome and departure manual, remote didn’t work for the fan, oven door is coming loose, bedroom lamp lights didn’t work.

I've already given this place one review, but now you are asking again... Hope I can remember all that I said before... As I walked up to the front door 1) minor trash in bushes 2) bird poop on Welcome sign inside 3) some loose dirt on steps up to hallway 4) broken shade pull on floor of master bedroom 5) old Q-tip on floor of master bedroom 6) only outlet in bath virtually inaccessible and it was not working Hallway bath 7) missing tile in shower area kitchen 8) Toaster oven was filled with crumbs 9) Toaster oven had missing foot...very unstable 10) burned out lights throughout the house 11) Pellet stove unpluged and no pellets available 12) Fireplace in TV room had broken door...no wood available 13) doors in lower bedroom "sticky"...wouldn't close properly 14) side door to lower hallway left OPEN (not just unlocked) (anyone wanting to could have stolen any of inside appliances and completely trashed the house before we got there). 15) your add said the beach was within a 2-3 min walk, the folks at the RV park denied us permission to walk across their property and beach access was almost a mile away along a very busy and possibly dangerous highway. 16) after my first review, my wife mentioned that she saw mold in the shower next to the master bedroom. 17) I found "crudd" in groove of cheese slicer...after I sliced some cheese... REMEMBER ...YOU ASKED!

Escape the peak season crowd

If you want a wonderfully quiet and relaxing vacation on the coast with hiking and gorgeous sites nearby, look no further than yachouse! If you want to party downtown, this is probably not your place. Come here for a gorgeous view, magical little backyard with a cozy hot tub and lush forest backdrop. Not much more I could ask for out of a great stay on the south central coast. Love it here!
