Brand new condo on the beach with heated pool. This condo was just completely renovated in June 2020. Located on first floor which is most desirable since there are no elevators. 4 beach badges for private beach included. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, central air conditioning, washer and dryer, 2 flat screen TVs, has sunset views from bedroom and is located on the beach with pool right outside the front door. Queen bed In bedroom and queen bed In pullout couch in family room. Walk across the street to the bay or walk to eat breakfast and lunch at the farmers market. Bring (or rent) bikes and venture into Lavalette for more food, shopping, mini golf, basketball and tennis and more. Brand new park across the street (on the bay) playground for kids, fishing, grabbing, corn hole or just take a nice morning walk or jog on the bay.

Wonderful place to stay

I stayed here with my husband and 1-year-old daughter. The condo is wonderful. Check-in couldn’t have been easier, the condo is in a great location (including a quick walk to Charlie’s for bagels in the morning!), and we loved the beach and pool. The condo has everything we needed for cooking, too. The bedroom is small, but we managed to easily fit in my daughter’s travel crib at the foot of the bed and still had room to sneak by it at night. Would definitely stay here again and hope to be back!

Wonderful for 1-2 people

Very clean, very close location to the beach. Managers were very responsive in answering any questions. A tight fit in the bathroom and bedroom but perfect for 1-2 people.

Great rental for beach getaway

Although this apartment is tiny, you can not beat the location. Having access to the pool made it so much fun for my kids. They met new friends at the pool. The Ocean Club was a fun and friendly place!

Beautiful condo on a private beach

The condo was extremely clean, and it is a perfectly set up for a week long getaway right on a private beach. Everything in the unit appeared to be brand new including the unit itself, along with having everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The owner, Don, was very professional and extremely easy to work with for whatever we needed. To summarize, I would recommend the unit for 3 reasons; the cleanliness/quality, the unbeatable location right on the beach, and the owner is a pleasure to work with for whatever you may need. P.S. It is also right next to the outdoor grill which is a great feature if you enjoy barbecuing, although the appliances inside the unit are top notch as well if you prefer!

Great location with easy access to beach

The condo is perfect for 2 people. It was well decorated but not well stocked if you plan to cook and dine in.

Sorry this happened Michael. The condo complex had the dumpster there and promised it would be moved. The dumpster was removed shorty after your stay.
