Resort includes Olympic sized heated swimming pool with lifeguard, baby pool, large/completed private beach in front with lifeguard, beautiful gardening, 2 minute walk to the bay, and next door to lunch pavilion! Free wifi and free washer & dryer included!

Condo is located 5 minutes from Seaside Heights, and 5 minutes from Point Pleasant - making it the ideal location for a perfect family vacation.

Layout includes: a master bedroom with queen sized bed overlooking ocean front waves, a TV, and closet. Kid's bedroom with bunk bed and twin (sleeps up to four). Large living and dining room with beautiful furniture and decorations and TV setup. A kitchen is included with glass stove top and modern microwave. The bathroom is decorated with beautiful shells and decorations.

Renters should be aware the whole resort has been recently renovated and looks absolutely stunning. Brand new beach renovation is completed. Your family will love it here.

Great Location, Awesome views...

Had a lovely stay at this perfect location directly on the Ocean midway between Pt Pleasant and Seaside. The sunset on the bay directly across from the condos is absolutely beautiful! A quiet community with an Olympic size pool and direct private beach access with Lifeguards. Sleep as if on a Cruise ship afloat on the Ocean.. The unit was fully stocked with supplies and very comfortable. Glenn (the owner) is very pleasant and accommodating, responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Lost several days due to toilet issues

Monday- toilet water was running, had to go into the tank to fix the flap, dirty. Tuesday called owner, he sent over a handy man to put new flap in tank, continued to have issues, Wednesday. handy man checked and indicated the tank needs new parts, will go get them and be back in an hour that was in the morning, didn't come back till later that night , put new guts into tank, toilet would not flush, he worked till 12:30 AM, my grandkids were trying to sleep, 4 & 6 year old. Spoke with owner several time during the night. Thursday 7:30 am owner shows up without any notification, we are all in our pajamas.Grandson needed to use the bathroom, owner was using a snake to what he believed was a clog. This went on for several hours, we could not use the condo. He asked someone to open the bathroom in the club house for us, that is what we had to use for a bathroom. Finally in the afternoon the handy man bought a new toilet, again we were not able to use the condo. My daughter wanted to give the kids a shower but it was dirty, she packed up her stuff and went home with my grandkids, since we could not use the bathroom. They finally finshed at 7pm almost 12 hours later. This was the worst vacation, My youngest daughter left on Tuesday due to Toilet issues, My oldest left with the grandkids on Thursday. This is the worst vacation that we have ever been on, never have I experienced such issues. Not able to use the condo or the toilet with small children. I won't a full refund.

Perfect!

Ideal location! Lovely condo in a beautiful resort. Well equipped kitchen with everything one would need for stay at the beach. My husband and I enjoyed the oceanfront balcony..... a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon drink. The owner was accommodating and made himself available should we need anything. We will definitely return to this little piece of Paradise.

Great time with the ocean outside your window

This was my 2nd year in a row spending the 4th of July week in this unit. My family (me, wife, two kids) had a great time. It's nice being able to choose between the beach and the very nice pool. Being so incredibly close to both was a godsend with our 10-month-old. It's also pretty neat being able to go to sleep to the sound of the ocean waves at night. And the location is great - Lavelette 2 miles away, Wawa 1 mile away (my favorite), Point Pleasant boardwalk 15 minutes. We had good times at Glenn's place.

Clean, Enjoyable, Great View; Already Miss This Place! A+

When my family arrived the oceanfront condo was clean, organized, and well kept. We felt like we were in a ship ontop of the ocean! The beach was enjoyable as it was a private beach. The pool was warm and clean, and we even went to the bay (really close walking) and went crabbing. There are some really good restaurants nearby. We will be back! Thank you!

It Is All About Location, if you can overlook the filth

Great location. Otherwise, fair accommodations and pretty poor cleanliness. We arrived at 10 PM leaving all day for the unit to be cleaned. The place was filthy with sand, sticky red something-or-other and hairballs on the floor. Utensils and coffee mugs were put back uncleaned. The blender was disgusting. etc... (would post pics if I could). My wife spent 4 hours of the next day cleaning. When I called that next day (Sunday) I was informed a cleaning person would not be there til Monday. When he came he swept and vacuumed. Did not clean sliding door. The cleaner was on his way out the door when I had him come back to clean that sticky stuff that I had been walking on when we moved in. The owner did not offer to waive the cleaning fee and I did not push the issue (probably should have). I'd recommend you bring your own cleaning supplies and prepare to spend your first day cleaning.

You can't get much closer to the beach than this!

Waking up in bed to the sun rising over the ocean, with dolphins passing by...it was beautiful. The combination of being on top of the ocean and having the wonderful pool on the property was perfect....and within walking distance to restaurants and stores. I highly recommend!
