✅This is a separate upstairs unit with separate entrance and entire kitchen, bathroom, and washroom!. ( bathroom, washroom, and the kitchen are not shared).
✅My family and I are living in the separate garden level downstairs unit with a separate entrance door in the back!. 😊

✅Access to the water with permission and schedule!
✅No fishing!
✅No drone! (No Drone Zone)
✅The tennis court is available in the summer! (just with schedule!)
✅Please don’t go downstairs, downstairs patio, and the boat's ramp near the tennis court, too! (Already our dear guests have their own beautiful and huge patio!)
✅Check-in after 4:00 pm.
✅Check-out before 10:00 am.
